As a result of non-payment of the cost of used natural gas in excess of the limit allocated by the state (35 cubic meters per month per family member) for 8,772 IDP families temporarily residing in compact conditions in “Azerigas” Production Association, living in facilities not individually supplied with natural gas 24.11.2020- As of January 1, 2009, the debt amounted to 9,560,769 manat.
At present, the debt of 7,189 families supplied with natural gas through compact meters is 8,151,924 manat, the Production Association told Trend. This includes a debt of AZN 5,696,937 for 6,005 families paid by the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons. The list of other indebted subscribers is as follows: the debt of 1,465 families relocated to individual apartments is 1,273,635 manat, the debt of 118 families provided with individual meters during the collective meter period is 135,210 manat.
At the same time, due to non-payment of the cost of natural gas consumed in dormitories or boiler-houses of multi-storey residential complexes built in new settlements meeting modern requirements in order to improve the living conditions of IDP subscribers, 1 164 as of 01.11.2020 Debt amounted to 708.86 manat. It is known that non-payment of debts incurred by enterprises supplied with natural gas in accordance with the law, as well as non-approval of acts of settlement on mutual settlements, undermines the financial stability of the Union and has a negative impact on its economic performance. According to the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 80 of May 12, 2011 on approval of the "Rules for the use of gas", the cost of natural gas used by the consumer must be paid to the gas distributor in a timely manner.
Taking into account the above-mentioned, we would like to inform you that the gas supply to the boiler houses of the residential buildings built for refugees and IDPs in Absheron, Sabunchu and Gabala regions, as well as the boiler house of the IDPs in Shirvan will be suspended from 25.12.2020. It is planned to. At the same time, it is expected that the gas supply to IDP families living in Khazar, Binagadi, Yasamal, Garadagh and Narimanov districts, living in facilities that are not individually supplied with natural gas, will be phased out.
