Recently, some hotels have been offering holiday packages on social networks and a number of websites, which include December 31 World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and New Year festivities and concerts. The State Tourism Agency, guided by the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, declares that the organization of mass events, festivities and concerts in hotels in connection with the above holidays is prohibited:
"It is necessary for the citizens of the country not to be deceived by any announcements and invitations to participate in the holiday events held in hotels in Baku or in the regions, to follow the rules of the special quarantine regime. If such facts are revealed during the special quarantine regime, they will be prevented by the relevant government agencies, and the organizers and participants will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
