President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed the next summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of Heads of State in a video conference format.He said that Pashinyan did not create present-day Armenia and its current army.The President added that it was created by Sargsyan and Kocharyan.
