A magnitude 3 earthquake shook Masalli region on December 17.The Republican Seismological Service Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences has issued a statement in this regard.According to the Earthquake Research Bureau, the tremors were recorded at 07:13 local time.The epicenter was located at a depth of 14 kilometers.
