It is known that during the martial law, public transport operated in the areas where curfew was applied until 21:00 in the evening. Today, the main issue for passengers is how long the buses will run during the strict quarantine period. Drivers tell passengers they are not aware of this. Qafqazinfo has learned the attitude of the head of the press service of the Baku Transport Agency Mais Agayev. He said that all necessary measures are being taken to organize passenger transportation in the capital: "As you know, along with regular lines, there are buses on express lines. 20% more buses have been launched than usual. Since the curfew has already been lifted, the buses will run according to the schedule until the military situation. In other words, regular lines operate according to the flow of passengers at 23:30 at night, sometimes longer, and on express lines until 21:00. But sometimes express lines run until 21:30.
Nowadays, when passenger transportation is mainly carried out by buses, the free movement of buses is very important. With this in mind, we ask individual motorists to leave the right lane free for buses when approaching quarantine posts. They should submit the permitting documents in time so that there is no congestion around the posts. ”
