The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has clarified some issues related to the strict quarantine regime, which will be applied from December 14.In response, the press service of the Interior Ministry said that during the special quarantine regime, a person acting on the basis of a relevant permit should not obtain a permit for a vehicle belonging to him or driven by a power of attorney.
It was noted that a person who has received a permit by registering on the portal "permission.e-gov.az" and sending an SMS to 8103 can use his personal car:"It does not require additional permission. However, the transportation of unauthorized persons in that car is inadmissible and creates legal liability.
