Karabakh Regional Scientific Center and Karabakh University will be established.This was announced at the next meeting of the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences yesterday.It was noted that scientific and personnel support, equipment and facilities will be provided for the formation of the center and the university.
