The following changes are made in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 29, 2020 No. 1170 "On the organization of temporary special administration in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan":
- In the second paragraph of the preamble, the words "and ensuring the implementation of the obligations arising from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 27, 2020 No. 1166" On declaring martial law "are removed. - At the end of paragraph 6.5, the semicolon shall be replaced by a semicolon and paragraph 6.6 shall be deleted.
