"Only operational vehicles and vehicles of the National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) will be allowed to move from the installed posts, the movement of other vehicles will be restricted. Employees of the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers and vehicles can move only by registering on the portal e-icaze.gov.az.
