Yesterday, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on awarding servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan. According to the order, servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who led military operations with high professionalism during the liberation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the restoration of territorial integrity, and who showed courage and bravery during military service, were awarded. Budagov Rufiz Shirzad oglu was born in 1977 in Tivi village of Ordubad region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. After completing his military service, he took a secretarial course. Budagov's wife Nushaba Budagov says that Rufiz contacted them on the day of his martyrdom: “He was a tank commander. He called me and told me not to worry. At that time, communication was lost.
