Baku has handed over three prisoners to Yerevan through Russia.This was reported by the Facebook account of the Unified Information Center under the Armenian government.
"According to the office of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinya, three Armenian prisoners were handed over to the Armenian side through the mediation of Russia," the statement said.
