Rosselkhoznadzor's decision to ban the import of tomatoes and apples from Azerbaijan may be caused by a technical error.
This was reported by RIA Novosti citing a source in Baku. The agency's interlocutor added that Moscow's decision came as a surprise to Baku.Azerbaijan has already begun talks with the Russian Federation.
Baku expects the ban to be lifted soon.
