Production, import, sale of persons engaged in production and processing of agricultural products during the special quarantine regime, including in ancillary areas (raw materials, means of production (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, veterinary drugs, plant protection products, machinery and materials, agrochemicals) and the provision of agro-technical services). The operative headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers issued a statement in this regard. The instructions indicate the circumstances that necessitate the movement of persons: - During the special quarantine regime, the movement of persons engaged in the production and processing of agricultural products and persons operating in ancillary areas is allowed in the following cases:
- activities related to the production, import, supply, supply, storage, transportation, processing, sale, utilization of agricultural products and raw materials;
- Farming activities in the field of animal husbandry: carrying out veterinary measures, feeding animals, collecting, transporting products (animals or products), selling, slaughtering, refrigerating, disposal; transportation of large and small horned animals from winter pastures to summer pastures; - Farming activities in the field of crop production: plowing, sowing, sowing, irrigation, pruning and other agro-technical care (spraying, fertilization, etc.), harvesting, transportation, storage;
- production, import, transportation, sale, installation and application of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, veterinary drugs, plant protection products, irrigation and agricultural machinery and materials, agrochemicals;
- provision of agro-technical and veterinary services; - activity of feed points for animals. According to the document, the following persons operating in the specified areas are allowed to move in the district and within the city, as well as between the districts and the city: - farmers (agricultural producers); - suppliers and suppliers; - agronomists;
- veterinarians; - zootechnicians;
- artificial insemination specialists; - seasonal workers (pruning, weeding, harvesting, etc.); - mechanizers (persons who have the right to drive agricultural machinery); - employees of persons operating in the areas specified in paragraph 2.1 of this Instruction. It was noted that the movement of vehicles used by them is allowed together with these persons.
