Negotiations between Russia and Turkey on the establishment of a monitoring center are nearing completion. According to the agreement with Azerbaijan, the location of the center has been determined - the center will be located in Agdam.
According to Vestnik Kavkaza, the Turkish military from Agdam will monitor the implementation of the agreement by drones. The observation will be carried out mainly in the areas inhabited by the Armenian population.
