President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the establishment of the Patriotic War memorial complex and the Victory Museum in Baku.The Patriotic War Memorial Complex and the Victory Museum were established to demonstrate the unparalleled heroism and great historical victory of the Azerbaijani people in the Great Patriotic War, to perpetuate the memory of our martyrs.
According to the order, the Ministry of Culture together with the Baku City Executive Power must prepare proposals on the location and design of the Patriotic War Memorial Complex and the Victory Museum and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan within two months.
