Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about the consistent implementation of the trilateral statement on Karabakh and the presence of peacekeepers on the line of contact.He said this during a video conference meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)."Currently, the trilateral statement signed by Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan on November 9 is being consistently implemented."Russian peacekeepers are deployed along the line of contact and the Lachin corridor," he said."Everyone knows that Russia's active mediation efforts are required to stop the bloodshed in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, to achieve a full ceasefire and to begin the process of stabilization," Putin said.
