Today, former Armenian President Robert Kocharian will be brought before a judge again.According to Sputnik Armenia, the trial will be chaired by Judge Anna Danibekyan of the Yerevan General Court of Jurisdiction.Kocharyan's lawyer said this on his Facebook account.
It should be noted that the trial of the former president was postponed due to the war in Karabakh.Kocharyan is accused of overthrowing the constitutional order in a criminal case opened in connection with the events of March 1, 2008, which killed 10 people.The former president of Armenia has already been arrested three times and spent 500 days in prison.
