After the Armenian occupation, it became known that many of our monuments were damaged and vandalized by the enemy. After the handover of Aghdam to Azerbaijan, a terrible situation emerged during the years of occupation of the city. One of such monuments is Panahali khan's palace located in Aghdam. The 18th century monument was built after 1738, when Panahali Khan began construction work in Karabakh. The building consisted of two buildings and was also called the building of Panahali khan.
During the years of enemy aggression, our hated neighbors damaged this palace in order to insult our culture and erase the traces of our lands.
