Elnara Huseynova, a coronavirus patient living in Khirdalan, was detained as a result of relevant measures taken by the Absheron District Police Office. The investigation revealed that the person, who is a carrier of the active COVID-19 virus, left his residence in gross violation of quarantine rules. His leaving the house and going to the pharmacy was filmed by cameras. Huseynova was returned to her home in anticipation of the prescribed medical procedures.
The materials collected about him were sent to the Investigation Department of the Absheron police department. A criminal case has been launched against Huseynova under Article 139-1.1 (violation of anti-epidemic and quarantine regimes) of the Criminal Code. The man broke the rules in public and was detained by police for spreading the virus.
