The political scientist called it unreasonable for Armenian Prime Minister Nicole Pashkina to refer to the descriptions of Herodotus and Pliny the Younger, saying that the borders of the Soviet Union were irrelevant. "Armenia, ruled by Tigran, has never existed. At present, there are modern Azerbaijan and Armenia.
