According to the tripartite statement signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia on November 10, Lachin region must be handed over to Azerbaijan on December 1.Due to this, Armenians who want to leave Lachin region and go to Armenia cannot find a vehicle.
The Armenian segment of social networks states that Armenians who have to leave Lachin by November 30 need trucks to transport their belongings, but the state does not provide them with the necessary assistance. For this purpose, those who have the opportunity were asked to help by sending trucks.All this proves once again that there is no government in Armenia that is able to help its citizens.
