According to Qadin.Net Report, new articles 275.4 and 275.5 have been added to the Code. Plastic bags, up to 15 microns thick, as well as disposable plastic mixing rods, forks, knives, plates and cups, which are the direct object of administrative error for the import, production, sale, trade and catering of consumer goods by entrepreneurs in trade, catering and service facilities With the confiscation of materials, officials will be fined from 1,000 to 1,500 manat, and legal entities from 3,000 to 4,000 manat.
In addition, for the repeated violation of Article 275.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses by a person who received an administrative penalty within one year from the date of entry into force of the decision to impose an administrative penalty. Legal entities will be fined from 4,000 to 5,000 manat. It is proposed that the bill come into force on January 1, 2021 for polyethylene bags, and on July 1, 2021 for other disposable products.
