French President Emmanuel Macron has acknowledged that Nagorno-Karabakh is Azerbaijani territory. Macron shared a video of the meeting with the Armenian community in France on Instagram.
The head of the House of Azerbaijan in Paris, Secretary General of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan in France Mirvari Fataliyeva said on her Facebook page.Fataliyeva also quoted Macron's speech. The French President said that seven regions belong to Azerbaijan.He said that according to international law, these territories belong to Azerbaijan:"According to international law, Nagorno-Karabakh and other regions are recognized as Azerbaijani territory by the United Nations. Therefore, if there is no desire for a sovereign state, do not interfere in this issue. "
