One of the heroes of the Second Karabakh War is 26-year-old Taleh Aliyev. He joined the army as a reserve scout-soldier from the first day of the Great Patriotic War and took part in the battles in the direction of Jabrayil, Fizuli, Zangilan, Gubadli. The last battle of our serviceman was around the Red Market. Although the shrapnel wound on his face prevented him from fighting for Shusha, Taleh is sure that his comrades on the front deserved revenge on our veterans and martyrs. Qafqazinfo visited the house of our heroic veteran and listened to his memories of the war. Taleh Aliyev says they have faced the enemy several times: "30-40 of our soldiers could not stand in front of them. When they attacked, they left their comrades and military units and fled. We were proud of ourselves in those moments. We were proud as our occupied territories were liberated. When entering the war, each of our soldiers had a sense of patriotism and fighting. It inspired us. " Gazimiz says that he and his comrades-in-arms were besieged near Gargabazar. Although there were 12-13 people less than the enemy in terms of numbers, they resisted more than 40 Armenian soldiers for more than three hours. Although each of them was killed, other comrades managed to save them from the siege. The last battle was one of the hardest for our veteran. He lost some of his friends from the war on the battlefield. Taleh also addresses his comrades on the front as "brothers": "The last time on the night of October 25-26, on the road from Fizuli to Shusha, there was a heavy battle near the Red Market. We were attacked by artillery. My brother Gulverdi woke me up and went to pick up his pistol. Meanwhile, a mine exploded nearby. About 15 mines fell on our territory in one minute.
I saw Gulverdi lying on the ground, he was no longer a part of his body, he was a martyr. The last thing he did was to wake me up, I owe him to stay alive. When he left the battle, we had several wounded. When I was injured, I went back for the third time to take our wounds. I came to myself in an ambulance. When I started to think, my first comrades-in-arms were Asif, Togrul and Gulverdi. I wanted to ask them from those around me, but I couldn't open my mouth to ask about the blow I received. " Our father, Zaur Aliyev, says that although they were originally from the Aghdam region, Taleh never saw Aghdam and was born after the occupation of the region. Although he was thrilled to hear that his son had been taken to the front, his heart was filled with pride:
"I am glad that there are people in our family and generation who are fighting for the homeland. I was proud that the time had come for my son to liberate his father's land. May God have mercy on our martyrs and be patient with their relatives. I also saw that my son could be martyred. Fate brought him out safe and sound. " Our hero's uncle Mais Aliyev, a veteran of the First Karabakh War, is also experiencing the joy of this victory. He says being a veteran is both an honor and a challenge: "I myself took part in the war. I saw Fred Asifi, Allahverdi Bagirov and other heroic fighters. I am proud to have seen these days. When Taleh was born, our joy knew no bounds. Because we thought that a son would be born and he would protect his homeland. I am proud that Taleh raised our heads. God willing, I will invite you to Taleh's wedding. We will hold his wedding in their homes in Agdam. "
