A new quality standard of wheat has been approved.According to the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control, a state standard has been approved, which includes new, stricter requirements that will control the quality of raw materials to provide the population with healthy and high-quality flour and bread products.
The new standard will also provide control over the process of supply (storage) of quality wheat.This state standard was developed by a public legal entity, the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy.
