Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan presented a 15-point "road map" for the near future and said he would initiate changes in the composition of the government.According to TASS, he announced this on his Facebook page.In his speech, Pashinyan said that he was responsible for the deplorable situation, but did not mention his resignation.
