Jeyhun Bayramov noted the need for large-scale work to restore the entire region, and expressed his intention to cooperate with relevant international organizations, including the United Nations, in the framework of measures to be taken by Azerbaijan in this regard. Secretary General Antonio Guterres welcomed the signing of a joint statement on the cessation of hostilities.
