Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar made a statement on the joint activities of Turkish and Russian military units in Karabakh.This was reported by Trthaber.Akar noted that talks had been held with the Russian side and work was underway in this direction.Touching upon the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Turkey and Russia, the Turkish Defense Minister said that a large technical delegation from Russia visited Turkey, held talks with them and are currently working together.
