This is the center of Jabrayil. There is not a single safe building. They did not build a single building. Only on that side they build a military unit for themselves. All other infrastructure, houses, schools, buildings, public buildings were destroyed by the enemy. They will therefore be held accountable in international courts. The statement came from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during a visit to the liberated city of Jabrayil, Gadin.Net reports. The President noted:
"I have said, I want to say again, that international organizations and experts will come, all the damage will be calculated, the damage done to us for 30 years will be taken into account and a claim for compensation will be filed against them. The enemy who destroyed Kalbajar, cut down forests, burned buildings and schools will give his answer. They thought that the people of Azerbaijan would never return after this destruction. They destroyed them for that purpose. But they made a mistake. We have returned and stayed here, in our native lands, in the city of Jabrayil. We will restore all these places. "
