The Russian Defense Ministry has started to establish an Interdepartmental Humanitarian Intervention Center in Khankendi.The statement came from the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation, Qadin.Net reports quoting Publika.az.According to the report, the operational group of the center, which is already being formed for this purpose, has been deployed in Khankendi as part of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation.
