A ceasefire agreement is being implemented in Karabakh, there are no military operations.The statement came from Commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Nagorno-Karabakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, RIA Novosti reported.
According to him, the situation is gradually stabilizing.The lieutenant general also said that the deployment of Russian military observation posts in Karabakh will be completed on November 14."The peacekeeping brigade of the 15th Special Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Central Military District is completing the deployment of all observation posts along the line of contact today," he said.
