A Russian Mi-24 helicopter was shot down near the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on November 9. Two crew members were killed and one was injured in the incident. The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has admitted that the helicopter was mistakenly shot down by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces and said that Baku is ready to pay compensation to Moscow.
