He said that after the complete liberation of Lachin, the State Border Service of Azerbaijan (SBS) signed a law on the eve of 30 years of independence:"This means that the future intervention from Armenia to the territory of Azerbaijan, the so-called Karabakh region, is under control. "After the complete liberation of Lachin, for the first time, the State Border Service will be able to guard our homeland on all water and land borders of Azerbaijan with a total of 3360 km."
