In Yerevan, Minister of High Technologies Industry Akop Arshakyan addressed the forces and the diaspora in Armenia, saying, "Minister who cannot reconcile with the decision on Karabakh, you have no right to stand." Unable to come to terms with the defeat, Armenian Minister of High Technologies Akop Arshakyan wrote on his official Facebook page that all groups assisting in the development of the military industry, the supply of various components and technologies, the development of the latest weapons and the military-industrial complex, appealed to organizations, members of the diaspora and the population. Saying that we have no right to stop, the minister wrote:
"Now we must develop, we must not stop, we must not lose vigilance and relax. Continue to work with the same enthusiasm, making maximum efforts, as in the days of hostilities in Karabakh. " Michael Minasyan, the former Armenian ambassador to the Vatican and son-in-law of Armenia's third president Serzh Sargsyan, is one of those who did not despair and demanded Pashkina's resignation. He said that the country has four days or 96 hours to change the situation, and the only problem is the current Prime Minister of Armenia Nicole Pashkina.
