Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar together with Commander of the Land Forces, General of the Army Umit Dundar and Commander of the Air Force, General Hasan Kucukakyuz visited the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry in Baku. He also said that the victory of Karabakh was celebrated with tears of joy in Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir and Turkey in general.
