Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and his Turkish counterpart Hulusi Akar had a telephone conversation.The Russian Defense Ministry issued a statement in this regard.It was noted that the heads of Russian and Turkish defense departments discussed the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.The sides also exchanged views on the situation in Syria.
