President Ilham Aliyev has today addressed the people of Azerbaijan. In the appeal, the President spoke about the statement signed with the President of Russia and the Prime Minister of Armenia, and also announced to the people the new lands to be returned. Military expert Shair Ramaldanov commented on the statement made by the heads of state in a statement to Baku TV.
According to the expert, all Nagorno-Karabakh is returned to Azerbaijan: "As President Ilham Aliyev has repeatedly stated, Azerbaijanis and Armenians live together in different countries of the world and no unpleasant situations occur. Therefore, Azerbaijan has always supported the coexistence of both communities in Nagorno-Karabakh. During the adaptation period, Russian and Turkish peacekeepers will act as guarantors of stability in some parts of Nagorno-Karabakh.
