The tenth Il-76 plane carrying Russian peacekeepers left Ulyanovsk for Nagorno-Karabakh.This was reported by ITAR-TASS with reference to the Russian Defense Ministry.It was stated that the plane had peacekeeping personnel and armored personnel.It was noted that the Russian Defense Ministry will deploy a peacekeeping contingent of 1,960 servicemen, 90 armored vehicles, 380 vehicles and special equipment in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
