Armenian President Armen Sargsyan has learned from the media about the agreement between Russia and Azerbaijan on Nagorno-Karabakh.This was reported by Sputnik Armenia.Sargsyan said he did not take part in any discussions, consultations and talks on the issue.
He noted that the situation in the region is of national importance. Therefore, any decision must be made as a result of comprehensive consultations and discussions.Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have agreed to end the war in Nagorno-Karabakh on November 10. According to the agreement, Russian and Turkish peacekeepers will be deployed in the region.
