The statement of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia on Nagorno-Karabakh establishes the relationship of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic with the main part of Azerbaijan.This opinion was expressed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his address to the nation.
