According to the Ministry, the good news of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the liberation of the occupied city of Shusha caused joy to our people. "During the day, there are no restrictions for residents of the capital to celebrate this significant event. The safety of road users on the streets and avenues is fully ensured. We would like to remind our citizens that the martial law continues in the country, and in this regard, curfew is imposed in a number of cities and regions, including Baku, from 21:00 to 06:00. The country has also introduced a quarantine regime to combat the coronavirus.
We ask our citizens to take this into account and not to leave their homes in accordance with the requirements of curfew and quarantine rules.
