President Ilham Aliyev called the Commander of the Union, Lieutenant General Hikmet Mirzayev.In this regard, the President shared on Twitter:"The head of state congratulated the servicemen and all the personnel of our Armed Forces who took part in the liberation of Shusha heroically and valiantly.Lieutenant General Hikmet Mirzayev expressed deep gratitude to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on behalf of the staff. He reported that the staff is always ready to fulfill the orders of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and justify his confidence.
