Aide to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev expressed his opinion on the attack of the Armenian armed forces on Barda and Tartar, where the civilian population lives today.
Hajiyev shared this on his Twitter account: "Armenia's war crimes against Azerbaijani civilians do not stop. As a result of the Armenian attack, a young man was killed in Barda and another civilian was wounded in the Tartar region of Azerbaijan. The number of civilians killed by Armenia continues to grow. Armenia's #WarCrimes against Azerbaijani civilians doesn't stop. As a result of Armenia's attack teenager boy was killed in Barda and another civilian is wounded in Tartar region of Azerbaijan. Death toll of civilians killed by Armenia continues to grow.
