The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan has issued a statement on the attack on Tartar. The report says that a civilian was injured in Tartar: "Armenian armed forces continue to commit crimes against our civilian population in gross violation of the declared humanitarian ceasefire.
