In addition, members of the criminal group, using ammunition and military equipment, opened fire with special cruelty and general danger, with the intention of national hostility, committed numerous crimes against civilians who did not take part in hostilities, explosions and fires that threatened socially dangerous consequences. or participating in terrorist activities against the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan by committing other acts.
The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan instituted criminal proceedings under Articles 100.2 (aggressive warfare), 120.2.1 (premeditated murder by a criminal organization), 318.2 (illegal crossing of the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan) and other articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The investigation was initiated by the Prosecutor General's Office. The Prosecutor General's Office is currently preparing a request for legal assistance to the relevant government agencies of the Russian Federation in connection with the case.
