According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 430 of October 29, 2020 "On additional measures to organize the activities of educational institutions operating in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the special quarantine regime" - It is planned to organize the educational process in a remote form. In connection with the pandemic, classes are held through the "Virtual School", as well as other online platforms, and students are encouraged to watch "Lesson Time" TV lessons.
According to the Ministry of Education, however, the Ministry receives appeals to involve students in full-time education in some private general education institutions: "We state that this contradicts the above-mentioned decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Taking into account the above, you are required to comply with this Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Otherwise, appropriate measures will be taken as a result of non-compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
