During the aerial observation of the area on October 31 at 17:00, the movement of a military motorcade in the direction of Khojavend was recorded.The statement came from the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.Several vehicles and personnel in the convoy were destroyed by targeted and combined air and artillery fire.We present a video of the destruction of the procession.
