The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the rules to ensure the organization of the teaching and learning process in all educational institutions operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan during the special quarantine regime. In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the decision. Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Sanitary and Epidemiological Safety” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 73-1 of February 28, 2020 The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides in accordance with the "Rules for the organization, prevention and other necessary measures":
1. To ensure the organization of the teaching and educational process in a remote (distance) form from November 2, 2020 in all educational institutions operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan during the special quarantine regime.
2. To determine that during the period of validity of this Resolution on the basis of the relevant opinions of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Azerbaijan Republic or the centers of hygiene and epidemiology of the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic on education in educational institutions operating in separate administrative territorial units and decide on the resumption or suspension of the visual training process.
3. If the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides to resume or suspend the teaching and learning process in accordance with Part 2 of this Decision, other executive authorities subordinated to educational institutions, state-owned or shares ( Legal entities owned by the state and the founders of private educational institutions may also make relevant decisions in relation to their subordinate educational institutions.
4. To the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijani Republic, other executive bodies subordinated to educational institutions, state-owned or state-controlled legal entities and founders of private educational institutions to provide necessary measures for execution of this Decision.
5. This Decision is valid until December 1, 2020. It should be noted that a briefing on this decision will be held tomorrow at 10:40 with the participation of the Minister of Education
