At that time, the areas around Barda, including the neighboring city of Tartar, were under artillery fire. The publication also condemned the killing of civilians, women and children in Barda. It was noted that Armenia does not even recognize the so-called organization established in occupied Nagorno-Karabakh. Nagorno-Karabakh and seven surrounding regions are internationally recognized as Azerbaijani territory. It should be reminded that 21 civilians were killed and more than 60 civilians were injured in the Armenian rocket attack on Barda on October 28.
