On October 27, four civilians, including a minor, were killed and 13 people, including children and women, were seriously injured in rocket fire from the Smerch rocket launcher into the Barda region of Azerbaijan by the Armenian armed forces.
The statement came from the Foreign Ministry.
It was stated that this is another war crime committed by Armenia in recent days, in gross violation of the humanitarian ceasefire agreed upon for the third time by the continued efforts of international mediators, in violation of international humanitarian law obligations:
